Once the product has been delivered to the User after purchase from the Platform and if you are unhappy with our product, all returns or Exchange of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use as well as the below elaborated Return and Exchange Policies.

In case of any such discrepancy, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, please WhatsApp us @ +91 9289510077. Please share images of the product along with shipping label.
The product should be unused, unaltered, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention the Order number of the returned product on the package.
In case of exchanges with product of a lower price, balance amount will be added to customer’s store credit
Refunds will be made after we have received the product and duly verified it
International orders cannot be returned.
Please note: for hygiene & safety reasons, masks and custom orders cannot be exchanged/returned.
Products purchased under Clearance store category are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Embroidery and Color
We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care and we ensure the quality of our products but due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery or any color bleeding therein.
Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of every garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit which is best suitable for you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.
Color Display
We have done our best to display the colors of the products shown on this website as accurate as possible. However, the color of the physical products may be different from the ones displayed on the website which could be due to the settings of your monitor or color of your visual display or resolution of the image or lights used while taking the photographs of the products.
Wash care
We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as mentioned on the tag of the product and follow the same to avoid any damages to it.

CANCELLATION | Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 100 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order | ✓ |
REVERSE PICKUP - SHIPPING COSTS | Costs of shipping are borne by the Company only for the first exchange request. Subsequent exchange requests do not carry any such adjustment.
